It is an Academic Spin-Off of the University of Turin until 2018.<br \/>\nSince the beginning of its activities, it has stood out for its ability to offer high quality botanical extracts, supported by specific research activities and standardised to facilitate their use.<br \/>\nThanks to its in-house laboratories, the interdisciplinary skills of its R&amp;D team and active collaborations with other public and private research centres, Biosfered operates with a view to constant innovation with the aim of mastering the most efficient extraction methods, using them in the development of new products, and expanding the physiological areas of application.<br \/>\nIn 2016, it expanded its production capacity with a new site, located in Turin, capable of ensuring its consolidation in the market of raw materials for the nutraceutical and cosmetic sectors.<br \/>\nThe production activity is certified according to the UNI EN ISO 22000:2018 standard within which the strict observance of the food safety regulations is maintained also at extra-European level.<br \/>\nBiosfered operates in the B2B market and sells its extracts mainly as branded products, both directly and through distributors.
